2、 Working principle of 175 disc crusher

5、 Use and maintenance of 175 disc crusher
1. Commissioning: before commissioning, open the front cover to see whether the rotating belt rotates flexibly. If it is not flexible, loosen the adjusting hａnd wheel, and then rotate the belt until it is flexible. Check whether all fasteners are fastened and lock the butterfly nut before commissioning. Materials shall not be put during commissioning.
2. Use: open the plug on the movable grinding cover, loosen the butterfly nut and adjust the hａnd wheel. From the plug hole, the gap between the two grinding discs should not be too large, but too tight will also cause difficulty in starting. Lock the butterfly nut, plug the plug, add materials from the feeding port of the movable grinding cover, and turn on the power supply. If it is found that the discharge particle size cannot meet the requirements, the hａnd wheel shall be adjusted until the requirements are met. When working, both butterfly nuts should be locked, otherwise it will affect the use. Cut off the power supply after work and take out the materials from the blanking box. Replace the sample. In order to make the test data accurate, loosen the butterfly nut II, open the movable grinding cover, and brush the residue in the working chamber with a brush.
3. Maintenance: open the upper cover of the whole machine, screw out two guide screws, inject lubricating oil inward, and then screw in the two guide screws (Note: do not pre tighten the two bearing sleeves, otherwise the lubrication of the bearing sleeve is not flexible, and the clearance between the two grinding discs cannot be adjusted by adjusting the hａnd wheel). Close the cover. When the movable grinding disc needs to be replaced, loosen the three screws fixing the movable grinding disc with a wrench.

五、175圆盘粉碎机使用及保养
1、试车：试车前打开前盖，看转动皮带是否转动灵活，如不灵活应放松调节手轮，然后再转动皮带直至灵活。检查各紧固件是否紧固，锁紧蝶形螺母，方可试车，试车时不可放物料。
2、使用：打开活动研磨盖上的塞子，松开蝶形螺母，调节手轮，从塞孔中看两磨盘间隙不要太大，但太紧也会造成启动困难。锁紧蝶形螺母，塞紧塞子，把物料从活动研磨盖的入料口加入，接通电源工作。若发现出料粒度达不到要求，应调节手轮，直到满足要求为止。工作时两个蝶形螺母都要锁紧，否则影响使用。工作结束切断电源，从落料箱中取出物料。调换试样，为了使化验数据准确，可松开蝶形螺母Ⅱ，打开活动研磨盖，用刷子刷净工作室内残留物。
3、保养：打开整机的上罩壳，拧出两导向螺钉，向内注入润滑油即可，然后将两导向螺钉旋入（注意，不可预紧两轴承套、，否则轴承套润滑不灵活，调节手轮无法调节两磨盘间隙）。盖好上罩壳。须更换动磨盘时，用扳手松开三只固定动磨盘的螺钉即可。
